材料 INGREDIENTS:
- 吉利丁12片 12 pieces of Gelatine

- 草莓果泥300克 300g of strawberry puree
- 牛奶400克 400g of milk
- 打发鲜奶油适量 whipped cream
- 草莓数颗 a few strawberries
做法 STEPS:
1. 先将吉利丁置于冷水中浸泡至软化,捞起和细砂糖一起
置于钢盆中,备用。

sugar in a steel bowl and set aside.
2. 草莓果泥和牛奶一起煮开后,倒入钢盆中一直搅拌,至细
砂糖与吉利丁完全溶化。

3. 准备布丁模,待布丁冷却至适温后,倒入布丁模中约9分
满,再放入冰箱冷藏室冷藏约3小时后,即可脱模置于盘
中。

4.于布丁表面,挤上适量的打发鲜奶油,再放上草莓装饰
即完成。
